There's a hell lot of difference between changing yourself and changing people’s perception on you. Why should you worry about others when the change could start from the self. So change yourself and see the change. Be an agent of change. Remember goodness starts from thyself. Think about it...
1. Accept yourself/ Love yourself.
Don’t get mad. Accept it. It's not difficult; it's actually take time. Run for life, not from life.
2. Stop wasting your time & Get into action.
We couldn’t agree more “Action speaks louder than words.” Start now, start today itself and Getting busy with your work is a first thing to do.
3. Meditate
Turn over in your mind. It’s never too late. Focus on things that matters most.
4. Get a DSLR.
Invest in a decent camera. Take up random photography; you’ll be surprised at how much it can help.
5. Travel.
Explore new places. Try out the local food and understand how your culture is similar & differs from that of the locals.
6. Lose your inhibitions
We can't stress on this enough! Dance like nobody's watching. Sing like anything but you. Lose your inhibitions by dancing to the tunes you love.
7. Read.
Books teach us many things. If you’re a reader or not, reading would never go out of fashion.
8. Start a blog.
Start jotting down your thoughts on a blog. Write about your interests, narrate an incident or simply put pictures and quotes which inspire you. You'll be amazed at how much you discover about yourself.
9. Learn a new language
Start Learning a new language. It is quite challenging. However it will always make you feel good.
10. Help others.
Charity begins at home. You would get as much as you give to others. So help others as much as you can. Be a Samaritan.
